The straight-type carton sealing machine is a type of automatic carton sealer and one of the most commonly used forms. It is stable and reliable, featuring high quality. All components undergo aging tests to ensure precision in every detail.

Highly automated, it operates at rapid speeds as a standalone unit, making it suitable for small-batch, multi-specification production. Dual-side belt drive mechanisms accommodate lightweight cartons, ensuring smooth and swift top-to-bottom sealing. Utilizing self-adhesive tape delivers flat, standardized, and aesthetically pleasing results; printed tape options further enhance product presentation.
Although the straight-line carton sealer has a low failure rate, minor issues may arise over extended use. Understanding these common faults enables timely troubleshooting to maintain production efficiency. Below are frequently encountered issues summarized by Guiqi Technology:
1. Tape fails to fully adhere to the box: Possible causes: a. Main tension spring is too loose; b. Adhesive buildup on roller shafts prevents proper operation; c. Tape is substandard. Solution: Tighten the main tension spring, clean the roller shafts, and replace the tape.
2. Boxes get stuck midway through sealing. Possible causes: a) Tape wheel adjustment nut is too tight; b) Box height adjustment is improper; c) Automatic spring is too tight. Solutions: Loosen the tape wheel adjustment nut, readjust the height, and loosen the main spring.
3. Tape breaks during sealing on straight-type case sealer. Possible causes: Blade protrudes too far. Solution: Adjust blade position.
4. Tape is off-center on straight-type case sealer. Possible causes: One-way wheel is damaged. Solution: Replace one-way wheel.
